We're so glad you're thinking of visiting our church!
The worship service
starts pretty promptly at 11 a.m. (10 a.m. in the summertime) and ends roughly
at 12 noon (11 a.m. in the summer)
We have activity
pages for children and there are pencils in the pew benches
Sit anywhere you’d
like
We have professional nursery care
for young children, or you can keep your children with you. One of the greeters
will show you where the nursery is.
Michael, our really
gifted organist and pianist, plays introductory music
We’re somewhere in the
middle of a formal and informal worship style. We take our faith in God
seriously, and yet we also sing happy birthday to people, offer announcements
and laugh together.
Rev. Bill preaches most
Sundays and his sermons are based on the Bible and recent events and how Jesus
Christ is alive and still teaches all of us everyday. He’s a very powerful,
engaging preacher – you really want hear him!
That’s about it! At
the end of the worship service, you can follow people into the hall where we
have decaf coffee, tea, juice and snacks. If you don’t want to do that, you can
leave through the doors you came in – typically Rev. Bill will be there to greet
you.
If you want to know
